On June 30,2018 the Embassy organized a meeting on the occasion of the 22^nd Anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine. Representatives of the Ukrainian-Ethiopian community and the members of staff of the Ukrainian Embassy were presented at the mentioned ceremony.

Mykhailo Kirichenko, Chargé d'affaires of Ukraine greeted Ukrainian community with a welcome speechand reminded of the origins of the Constitutional Thought of Ukraine, which come from the prominent statesmen - Volodymyr the Great, Yaroslav the Wise, Bogdan Khmelnitsky, Pylyp Orlyk, Mikhail Hrushevsky, Mikhail Drahomanov and Pavlo Skoropadsky.

To honor this event, Ukrainians who are living in Addis Ababa sang Ukrainian national anthem. The feast ended with a festive dinner.
